In 1985 James J. Jablonski became Owner and President of Landmark International after 19 years of service with International Harvester/Navistar Corp. His reason for leaving a corporate environment was that he "wanted to deal with the customer on a more personal level". He also brought experience running a factory branch for International Harvester which helped Landmark grow in the years to come.

Today, Landmark International is East Tennessee's premier, family owned truck dealership with three locations; Cookeville, Knoxville and Morristown: with over 90 employees. Our Knoxville location is open 24 hours from Monday at 7:30am to Saturday at 4pm. We have added Idealease, North America's fastest growing leasing company, With over 400 locations and 30,000 vehicles. Magnum terminal tractors and in 1999 started a Landmark Trailers, Parts & Service to provide our customers with a one stop shop for all their transportation needs.
